Job Description:
The Inventory & Shipping Associate supports daily warehouse and light facility operations for a small onsite team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is comfortable working independently, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and looks for ways to improve organization and efficiency during slower periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, package, and ship materials based on daily order volume
- Track inbound and outbound shipments using FedEx and UPS systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and workflow
- Assist with light logistics coordination as needed
- Support basic facility upkeep, including minor maintenance tasks
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of warehouse experience (distribution preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with shipping and tracking systems (FedEx/UPS)
