Addison Group is partnering with a respected healthcare organization that is seeking Provider Enrollment Specialists to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with provider enrollment, credentialing, or healthcare administrative experience who are looking to expand their careers in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
The Provider Enrollment Specialist will support the enrollment and maintenance of healthcare providers with commercial and government insurance carriers. This role is responsible for ensuring provider records remain accurate, applications are completed and submitted in a timely manner, and enrollment-related issues are resolved efficiently. The position works closely with internal departments to support provider onboarding and payer compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, submit, and monitor provider enrollment applications with various insurance carriers and government payers.
- Maintain accurate provider demographic and credentialing information within internal systems and databases.
- Track enrollment statuses and follow up with payers to ensure timely processing and approvals.
- Update provider records and ensure information remains compliant with payer guidelines.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of provider enrollment, credentialing, healthcare administration, or related experience preferred.
- CAQH Experience required.
- Experience working with commercial insurance carriers and government payers.
- Strong data entry and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a high volume of tasks while meeting deadlines.
