About Our Client:
Addison Group is partnering with our client, a leading financial services organization, to hire a Call Center Associate. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and providing support during important financial situations.
Job Description:
The Call Center Associate is responsible for assisting customers with account concerns and discussing available payment assistance options. This position combines customer service, relationship building, and solution-oriented communication to help customers navigate financial challenges. Team members will also receive training on additional support functions to expand their knowledge and career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding account assistance.
- Educate customers on available payment solutions and relief programs.
- Gather and review account information to identify appropriate options.
- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism while assisting customers through sensitive situations.
- Utilize strong communication skills to guide customers toward beneficial solutions.
- Accurately document conversations and maintain detailed account records.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer service expectations.
- Participate in ongoing training and cross-functional learning opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Previous call center, customer service, collections, banking, or financial services experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to remain professional and empathetic during difficult conversations.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
