An Addison Group client is looking for a Contract Recruiter!
This recruiter will support high-volume hiring for hourly positions and play a key role in developing proactive and creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit and hire hourly employees across multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
- Develop proactive and creative sourcing strategies, including community outreach, referrals, job boards, and local partnerships
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and documentation throughout the hiring process
- Represent the organization professionally to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
- Prior experience recruiting hourly or high-volume roles
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to think creatively and proactively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Comfortable working on-site and collaborating with operations leaders
