Position: Accounts Receivable Senior

Location: Tulsa, OK

Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 / Annually

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review job contracts and document invoicing procedures.
  • Set up new jobs with job code to track the project and customer invoicing requirements.
  • Ensure all related documentation is uploaded to the system.
  • Accurately invoice in compliance with contract agreements.
  • Document all change orders to projects. 
  • Assist with month end process.
  • Communicate heavily and support project managers with reporting and job status analysis.
  • Perform job “close” process for each completed project.
  • Audit of projects as requested.
  • Analyze weekly CIE/BIE report and provide feedback on potential issues.
  • Manage customer aging report, follow up with customers and Project Managers with past due invoices
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ general accounting and/or accounts receivable experience.
  • A strong understanding of contracts
  • Excellent organizational, oral, written, and communication skills required; must be a self-motivated individual with good time management skills.
  • Detail oriented; must have the ability to prioritize work, analyze information, identify discrepancies and meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer service mindset and approach to business.
