Our client is a well-established organization in the food and beverage industry seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Partner to support its growing workforce. This position will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, identify, and hire top talent across a variety of functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiting professional who can manage multiple priorities while delivering a positive candidate experience.
Job Description
Addison Group is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner on behalf of our client. This role will manage recruitment activities from initial sourcing through offer acceptance while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders. The successful candidate will bring strong communication skills, sound recruiting judgment, and the ability to build effective relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and establish appropriate candidate profiles.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking efforts.
- Utilize recruiting platforms, professional networks, social media, and other resources to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct candidate interviews and provide hiring teams with thoughtful assessments and recommendations.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Help ensure a consistent, professional, and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.
- Monitor recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate information within the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning, recruiting priorities, and talent market trends.
- Support employment branding and recruiting initiatives designed to strengthen the organization's ability to attract qualified talent.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, corporate recruiting, or full-cycle recruiting.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and common recruiting tools.
