Sr. Outbound Marketing Specialist
Office Status: Fully Remote

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Optimizes use of Marketing Cloud functionality, to include email studio, journey builder, automation studio, contact builder, cloud pages and mobile studio.
- Assists in designing and documenting solutions to leverage automation, dynamic content for personalization, data-driven segmentation, and other sophisticated Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities to maximize customer engagement and response.
- Designs, builds and optimizes email templates, SMS messages, forms and landing pages
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Technology, Computer Science or related field.
Certification/License:
· Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator or Email Specialist) preferred
Experience
- A minimum of 4 years of experience with a marketing automation tool or ESP (email service provider) with a minimum of two (2) years of work experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.
- Follows industry trends and passionate about technology and digital marketing.
- An eye for strategy and optimizing programs to transform the customer journey for our families.
- Strong grasp of marketing strategies that create personalized, end-to-end lifecycle journey for users across the digital experience from email and SMS to forms and landing pages.
- Experience with developing data extensions and building dynamic content blocks.
- Robust analytical skills - quickly digesting large amounts of data, identifying trends, and pursuing the right questions to take action.
- Demonstrated project management skills including planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering recommendations.
- Experience working with CDP a plus.
- Experience working with CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Working knowledge of the following programming languages: HTML, AMPscript, CSS, SQL, SSJS
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills (Tableau, Google Analytics)
- Ability to offer strategic marketing solutions in response to data analysis.
- Ability to communicate across teams and upward to leadership.
- Ability to travel as needed.
