Senior Marketing Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage marketing calendar by anticipating consumer needs to proactively manage deliverables of restaurant activity.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the brand and customers, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
- Develop and oversee menu management including layout, pricing strategies, and content development to align with brand identity and customer preferences.
- Create in-store trade marketing initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
- Manage external media agency relationship to build campaigns across various channels including social, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI.
- Analyze and optimize key metrics for our online ordering channels to drive transactions and sales.
- Manage website content, functionality, and user experience.
- Oversee the e-club program, including membership growth, email campaigns, and performance analysis for optimal engagement and retention.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years of previous work experience in a marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels
• Strong project management and organization skills to influence and motivate people working together as a team
• In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, InDesign and other creative software for page layout, photo editing and website maintenance
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
• Hospitality experience preferred
