An established and quickly growing company in South Tulsa need some additional help in their Accounts Payable department. This company is looking to hire someone quickly so don’t hesitate, apply now!
Job Responsibilities:
- Matching, batching and coding invoices for payment.
- The ability to process up to 200 invoices per week.
- Familiarizing yourself with a new payables automation add on and using it to its efficiency.
- Managing accounts payable using the company's ERP system
- Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
- Analyzing workflow processes
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
- Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
Requirements:
- Proficient in Excel and Outlook
- 2+ years AP experience
- Knowledge of relevant accounting software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in data entry
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
