Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing contributions and loan payments received from clients
- Process income associated with the funds held in the plan
- Prepare daily, weekly and quarterly reconciliation of plans
- Maintain contribution files and scanning of plan documents
- Assist in setup of new plans on the record keeping system
- Assist in conversion of existing plans
- Review of various reports for participant data
- Resolve problem issues
- Responsible for the transfer of files between the two different systems
- Assist in other areas in operations as needed
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in employee benefits
- 1-2 years of accounting experience
- Ability to retain numerous and varied processing procedures
- Ability to meet deadlines, and handle fluctuations in work volume
- Ability to learn various systems used for processing work flow
- Proficient in Excel, ability to work with complex Excel spreadsheets
- Need to possess good reconciliation skills, organizational skills as well as oral and written communication skills
- Need to possess good problem-solving skills
- Need to be able to coordinate with administrators regarding work requests
- Ability to analyze errors in processing, or delays in posting of contributions, loan payment or investment changes received, could create significant losses due to market fluctuations
