Addison Group is hiring for our client, an established service-oriented organization seeking a motivated sales professional to support business growth throughout its assigned territory. Our client offers an opportunity to develop customer relationships, generate new business, and expand existing accounts in a collaborative environment.
Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Service Sales Representative to drive revenue growth through new business development, account management, and customer relationship building. This individual will identify prospective clients, maintain an active sales pipeline, and promote service solutions to businesses throughout the territory. The ideal candidate has outside sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, outbound outreach, and relationship development.
- Manage assigned accounts while identifying opportunities to increase revenue and expand existing partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a consistent sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and service recommendations.
- Follow up promptly on incoming leads and maintain communication with internal team members regarding sales opportunities.
- Identify additional service needs and coordinate cross-selling opportunities across departments.
- Maintain accurate sales activity, account updates, forecasts, and pipeline reporting.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, address concerns, and support long-term client retention.
- Participate in team sales meetings, industry networking events, and business development activities.
- Stay informed on industry developments, service offerings, and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience.
- Proven ability to generate sales, establish customer relationships, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent an organization effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory and independently pursue sales opportunities.
Additional Details:
- Work Arrangement: 100% onsite in Colorado Springs, CO.
- Schedule: 40 hours per week.
- Employment Type: Direct Hire.
- Compensation: Base salary plus commission opportunities.
- Parking: Available onsite.
- Travel: Local territory travel and occasional use of a company vehicle may be required
