  • Base: $105000 - $125000 / Year
  • Bonus: 10% /Target Bonus

Position Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst position is a highly visible role responsible for assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities, producing monthly management reports, leading the development of annual long-term strategic financial plans, and supporting key initiatives that help drive business growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter and collaborative team member who can adapt quickly within a fast-paced environment. The ability to manage time effectively, remain flexible, and handle shifting workloads is just as critical as the technical and analytical competencies required for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary financial partner to regional operations leadership by supporting financial planning and performance reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis.

• Lead and coordinate the annual financial planning and budgeting process for assigned regions, including the preparation of detailed budgets at the branch level.

• Track and evaluate key performance metrics, identify trends, investigate causes of variances, and recommend actions to improve performance and meet financial targets.

• Convert complex datasets into meaningful insights and strategic recommendations. Present findings clearly while ensuring data accuracy through proper processing, validation, and cleansing techniques.

• Safeguard sensitive company information and maintain strict confidentiality in all financial and operational matters.


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline (Finance or Accounting strongly preferred).

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, or analytical roles.

• Experience with financial planning, reporting, business intelligence, or data visualization tools required; familiarity with Planful / Host Analytics and PowerBI is strongly preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel financial modeling is required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities. Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

• Strong initiative and critical-thinking capabilities to translate business challenges into analytical problems and develop practical, data-driven solutions.

• Ability to work cross-functionally while supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously.

• Comfortable managing and analyzing large datasets while maintaining strong attention to detail.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to manage time effectively and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
