Salary Range: $90,000 – $135,000 per year (depending on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a confident, proactive Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams and drive accountability, delivery, and continuous improvement. This role goes beyond facilitation. It requires ownership, strong communication, and the ability to have constructive, professional conversations with engineers, product leaders, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is comfortable taking charge of ceremonies, removing blockers, challenging assumptions, and ensuring teams stay aligned with priorities and commitments while using Jira as the system of record.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Actively remove blockers and hold teams accountable to sprint goals and delivery timelines.
- Partner closely with Product Owners and leadership to prioritize work and manage dependencies.
- Maintain Jira boards, workflows, metrics, and reporting to ensure visibility and transparency.
- Track velocity, capacity, risks, and delivery health across teams.
- Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, and continuous improvement practices.
- Lead constructive conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues, scope changes, and delivery risks.
- Drive communication across engineering, product, and business teams.
- Support roadmap execution, release planning, and cross-team coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Delivery Manager.
- Strong working knowledge of Jira for sprint tracking, reporting, workflows, and backlog management.
- Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC principles.
- Ability to take ownership and lead conversations with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Preferred (Not Required)
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.).
- Experience supporting software, data, cloud, or infrastructure teams.
- Exposure to scaling frameworks or multi-team delivery environments.
