About the Role
Our client is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to help optimize and scale their sales organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Operations professional who enjoys building processes, improving systems, and creating structure within a growing sales environment.
The team is currently going through a Sales Operations and CRM rebuild, making this a great opportunity for someone with strong hands-on HubSpot experience who can help improve CRM workflows, reporting, sales processes, and overall operational efficiency.
This role will work closely with sales leadership, an external CRM consultant, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement scalable solutions. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the end-to-end sales process, including lead management, routing, sales stages, and post-sale handoffs.
- Help lead the ongoing HubSpot CRM rebuild, including workflows, configuration, data structure, and process improvements.
- Partner with leadership and an external consultant to evaluate and implement CRM enhancements.
- Develop and document sales processes, procedures, SLAs, and best practices.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve sales team productivity.
- Maintain CRM data quality, workflows, and reporting.
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking pipeline health, conversion metrics, sales performance, and revenue KPIs.
- Support forecasting, pipeline analysis, territory planning, and sales reporting.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams on sales operations initiatives.
- Provide CRM and technology training and onboarding support to sales team members.
- Support the development of sales playbooks, training materials, and onboarding processes.
- Lead or support projects including technology implementations, process rollouts, and other sales initiatives.
- Manage and mentor Sales Operations support staff as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Strategy, or a related function.
- Hands-on HubSpot CRM experience is required.
- Experience with CRM implementation, optimization, administration, or process improvement.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience working with reporting, dashboards, and sales metrics.
- Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and KPI analysis.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and sales technology.
