  • Greet and welcome guests into the office
  • Answer any inquiry from new or current clients
  • Create project files and coordinate from A-Z along the project
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at the end of projects
  • Must be able to learn and comprehend the products, pricing, and services available to discuss with clientele
  • Assist with quotes, payment processing, vendor communication, contracts, permitting, and HOA regulations


  • HS Diploma
  • Tenure on resume
  • 2+ years of office experience in reception, customer service, or coordination
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be commutable to Long Grove and Libertyville
  • Must be comfortable working a partial day on Saturdays
