Pay Rate: $90,000-100,000/Year
Our client in Tyson's, VA is seeking a dynamic Team Lead to manage a group of media analysts. As the Team Lead, you'll be the go-to for managing, training, and developing their already successful and hard-working team, while ensuring top-notch quality and promoting career growth.

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of analysts by organizing schedules, delegating tasks, arranging training sessions, and offering constructive feedback and guidance.
- Monitor analyst performance and ensure accountability to enhance talent and productivity, while meeting project deadlines.
- Conduct quarterly assessments to evaluate analyst performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive team environment characterized by accountability, teamwork, and mutual support.
- Establish and implement procedures to assess the accuracy and quality of analyst work, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience in – People management and team leadership
- Proficient in –Microsoft Office Suite
- Soft Skills – High analytical, personable, interest in current events and news, organized, and possesses the ability to work independently
- Education – Bachelor’s Degree required
