Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (5 Days on Site)
Assignment Type: Long Term Contract
Hourly Pay Range: $22 - $24 an hour
Benefits: This position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

About the Role
We're looking for an IT Specialist with 1-3 years of related experience to support our organization's systems, vendor relationships, and security operations.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor & Ticket Management
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee all support tickets, monitoring progress through completion
- Communicate system failures, outages, and upgrades to staff
- Coordinate quarterly meetings with account managers and leadership to review metrics, tickets, and security posture
- Follow up on recommended security improvements
Reporting & Security
- Handle bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting across security and IT systems
- Schedule vendor meetings; coordinate quarterly penetration testing and IT security audits
- Participate in Disaster Recovery planning meetings
- Manage vulnerability scans and remediation with appropriate vendors
System Administration
- Serve as administrator for a range of business systems and access platforms
- Partner with HR to onboard and offboard users from appropriate systems in a timely manner
Other Duties
- Travel to company locations as needed to handle onsite needs
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent industry certification
- Strong hardware and software experience
- Great communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of technical proficiency
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable with occasional travel between company locations
