About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with our client, a growing healthcare organization focused on providing comprehensive care and support services to seniors within the community. Their mission-driven team helps older adults maintain independence through coordinated healthcare programs and personalized participant support services.


Job Description: Our client is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to support prospective participants and families throughout the enrollment and onboarding process. This role serves as the primary contact for new participants, guiding them through eligibility, documentation, intake appointments, and enrollment while building strong relationships with healthcare referral sources and community partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare admissions, intake coordination, managed care, or consultative healthcare sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide prospective participants through the full enrollment and onboarding process
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, referral partners, senior living communities, and caregivers
  • Educate participants and families on available healthcare programs, eligibility requirements, and services offered
  • Conduct intake meetings, home visits, tours, and enrollment presentations
  • Collect and organize required enrollment documentation and applications
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage referral pipelines, participant progress, and activity tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams including operations, eligibility, finance, and care teams to ensure seamless participant transitions
  • Apply consultative sales and customer service skills to convert referrals into enrollments
  • Maintain accurate records and provide timely follow-up throughout the enrollment process
  • Support regional enrollment goals and community outreach efforts

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare admissions, enrollment, intake coordination, managed care, or healthcare-related sales
  • Experience working with both referral sources and direct patient/client interactions
  • Strong understanding of healthcare insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or senior services environments required
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance required


Nice to Haves:

  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, or similar platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
