About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an Administrative Assistant. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting daily office operations, interacting with clients, and ensuring administrative processes run smoothly. The successful candidate will be organized, dependable, and comfortable handling a variety of office responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.


Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant will provide front-office and administrative support to a busy team. Responsibilities include document management, client interaction, scheduling assistance, and general office coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and provide professional front-desk support.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Digitize, organize, and maintain physical and electronic documents.
  • Assist with preparing, reviewing, and processing business-related paperwork.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure records are accurate and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate calendars, appointments, and scheduling requests as needed.
  • Support the team during high-volume periods by assisting with administrative projects and workflow management.
  • Monitor incoming correspondence and distribute information to the appropriate parties.
  • Perform data entry and update records within internal systems.
  • Assist with general office operations to ensure an efficient and organized work environment.
  • Complete special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative, receptionist, office support, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor and customer-focused approach.
  • Comfortable learning new software and office technologies.
