The Houston-based company’s internal staff lacked the bandwidth and expertise to initiate and manage these critical projects in-house and needed additional headcount. The client identified a need to bolster their teams with skilled IT and finance professionals to lead the multi-million dollar data digitization project and to streamline their revenue cycle processes.

Overall, this initiative helped significantly reduce days sales outstanding (DSO), billing errors, and increased the speed to invoice for the client’s customers.
