Forbes Awards Addison Group “America’s Best Recruiting & Temporary Staffing Firms” for 2nd Consecutive Year
CHICAGO, IL, MAY 3, 2023 – ADDISON GROUP (Addison), announced today that it has been awarded America’s Best Recruiting and Temporary Staffing Firms for 2023 by Forbes. This year’s win is Addison’s second consecutive year to have earned this prestigious distinction. Addison Group was also previously recognized for Top Professional Search and Top Executive Search in 2019.
It’s been seven years since Forbes compiled its first ever America’s Best Recruiting and Temporary Staffing Firms lists in conjunction with independent research firm Statista, a leading and trusted provider of market and consumer data. In total, more than 36,400 external recruiters and 9,200 HR-managers/hiring managers and candidates were invited to participate in the 2023 survey.
The list is divided into three major categories:
- Executive Search – Recruiting firms that place managers in permanent positions with an annual gross income of more than $100,000.
- Professional and Specialist Search – Recruiting firms that place professionals in permanent positions with an annual gross income up to $100,000.
- Temp Staffing – Providers of temporary workers and contract positions, excluding interim management positions.
The tallied votes of more than 5,200 participants were considered in the final analysis, in addition to the results from the 2022 survey, which were also used with a lower weighting to support the assessment of recruiting and staffing firms that maintain a consistently good reputation for high quality work.
