Summary:
Addison Group is supporting our client in the Federal Space looking to attain their CMMC Level 2 certification. We are looking for a strong Cloud Administrator who will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing our clients cloud-based infrastructure. This role requires deep expertise in cloud services, security, and automation, with an emphasis on maintaining high levels of system availability, performance, and security across multiple cloud platforms. As a Cloud Administrator, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud-based solutions into our business processes, maintain cost-effective solutions, and continuously improve our cloud infrastructure to support our growing needs.
Essential Job Functions:
- Cloud Infrastructure Management: Configure, monitor, and maintain the company’s cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, SaaS) to ensure optimal performance and scalability
- Security and Compliance: Ensure infrastructure security and compliance by monitoring access, usage, and resources
- System Backups and Recovery: Perform system backups and recovery to maintain data integrity and availability
- Technical Support: Provide technical support for cloud applications and services, and train end users as needed
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT security teams to monitor the company’s cloud privacy and respond to technical issues in a timely and efficient manner

- Strong understanding of relevant software, tools, and systems used in the corporate environment. This includes a proficiency in standard software applications, including Windows and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s of Science in Information Technology, or equivalent years of experience
- Certified in AZ-500, MS-500, MS-700, AZ-104, or SC-400
- Minimum of five years in Information Technology
- Proven experience in cloud administration, with expertise Azure and other SaaS applications
Preferred Qualifications:
· Six or more years of experience in support of Azure Cloud
· Certified as an Azure Administrator Associate, MS-102 Administrator Expert, or equivalent certifications
· Experience and adherence to compliance frameworks: (CMMC Level 2, GovHigh, 32CFR, CUI, FedRAMP, NIST-800, PCI-DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, SOC 1 & SOC 2) and internal security best practices
· Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CISM, or equivalent certifications
· Experience with automation tools and scripting languages
· Local candidates and Shareholders of Goldbelt are strongly preferred
· Experience working with 8(a) companies
· Previous experience working with Alaska Native Corporations (ANCs)
· Previous government contracting experience
