About Our Client

Job Description
The Recruiter will oversee the hiring process from sourcing candidates through onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This individual will play a key role in supporting staffing goals by identifying qualified talent, coordinating interviews, and maintaining an efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of open positions.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and evaluate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring timely communication.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Extend employment offers and assist with pre-employment and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking system documentation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruiting updates.
- Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure recruiting practices comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
- Experience managing multiple openings simultaneously in a high-volume environment preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet hiring deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
