Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal who can step into a fast-moving environment and contribute immediately. This role requires a confident, detail-oriented legal professional with strong litigation and discovery experience who is comfortable managing deadlines and supporting attorneys across state and federal matters.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys in both state and federal litigation matters
  • Manage all phases of discovery, including drafting, reviewing, organizing, and responding to discovery requests
  • Track and maintain court deadlines and internal case timelines
  • Assist with case preparation, filings, and trial support as needed
  • Take ownership of assigned matters and proactively drive case progress
  • Ensure accuracy and organization across all litigation documentation
  • Serve as a dependable support resource within a small legal team
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience required
  • Strong understanding of both state and federal court processes
  • Extensive hands-on discovery experience required
  • Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up time
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
  • High attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, small-team environment
