Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
- Record cash receipts.
- Assist with Cash Forecasting on a daily basis.
- Daily/Monthly GL account activity analysis.
- Reconcile GL accounts monthly.
- Assist with month end close duties.
- Gain a good knowledge of corresponding software.
- Inventory Management - Assist through process improvement and inventory activity.
- Assist with issuing timely and complete financial statements.
- Assist with the production of the annual budget and forecasts.
- Calculate variances from the budget and define for review.
- Provide financial analysis as needed.
Requirements:
- Must have strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- 1-3 years of Accounting experience.
- Some education in Finance and Accounting highly preferred.
- Must have prior ERP Software knowledge.
