About the Opportunity
Addison Group is partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to oversee HR systems administration, data governance, reporting, compliance, and process optimization. This role will serve as the primary HRIS subject matter expert, supporting system enhancements, integrations, reporting capabilities, and ongoing HR technology initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience with Paylocity, advanced Excel expertise, strong project management skills, and a proven ability to partner across HR, Payroll, IT, and business leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the HRIS platform and related processes.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of employee data across HR systems.
- Prepare and submit required compliance and regulatory reporting.
- Develop and maintain HR reporting capabilities, including ad hoc reporting and workforce analytics.
- Create training materials and provide end-user support for HR systems and processes.
- Partner with IT and key stakeholders to test system updates, enhancements, and new functionality.
- Lead HR technology projects, including integrations, implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage and optimize integrations between HR, payroll, reporting, and other business systems.
- Support data governance efforts, including process documentation, data mapping, and data quality standards.
- Partner closely with Payroll to ensure accurate employee data flow, system functionality, and compliance.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Develop and implement scalable processes that improve efficiency and the employee experience.
- Assist with additional HR operations and systems-related projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in an HRIS, HR Operations, HR Technology, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience administering HRIS and payroll systems.
- Strong experience with Paylocity required.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR lifecycle processes, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, and employee data management.
- Experience managing HR system integrations and data workflows.
- Knowledge of data privacy, security practices, and employee data governance.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Complex formulas
- Data validation
- Reporting and analytics
- Large dataset management and consolidation
- Ability to extract, manipulate, analyze, and present data from multiple sources.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI and HR reporting dashboards.
- Experience supporting HR technology implementations and integrations.
- Familiarity with ERP or business management systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
