Overview:
We are seeking a Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization tools, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Use SQL to query and manipulate data from various databases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems and provide data-driven solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security while managing large data sets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a data analyst role or similar.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Understanding of statistical methods, data modeling, and predictive analytics is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts (optional but beneficial).
