About Our Client:
Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Dispatcher to support their customer operations team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, communicating with customers and field teams, and managing multiple priorities throughout the shift.
Job Description:
The Dispatcher will coordinate service requests, communicate with customers and field personnel, and support daily operational workflows. This individual will play a key role in ensuring schedules and service needs are handled efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch service requests to field personnel based on operational needs
- Communicate with customers, internal departments, and field teams via phone, email, and messaging systems
- Monitor schedules and adjust workloads to ensure timely service completion
- Assist customers with account-related questions, scheduling updates, and service inquiries
- Document service activity and maintain accurate records across multiple systems
- Respond professionally to urgent situations and assist with issue resolution
- Support daily operational and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or operations support experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and software platforms
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to support operational needs
Additional Details:
- Schedule: Tuesday-Sunday, 2:30 PM-10:30 PM
- Evening and weekend availability required
