Customer Care Coordinator- HYBRID schedule

Compensation: $21-23/hr (based on experience)
Job Description:
.
- receive, review, and enter incoming customer purchase orders, return requests, credits, and debits in an accurate and timely manner.
- verify and make corrections as necessary to order to ensure accurate information on to order specifications.
- build and maintain strong business relationships and customer loyalty by gaining trust through prompt follow up and accurate service.
- accurately collect and process information for inquiries, orders, billings, and returns
- performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of order entry & account management experience
- exposure to an ERP system
