About Our Client:
Addison Group is partnering with a respected organization seeking a Contracts Coordinator to support procurement, contract administration, and vendor management activities. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders.
Job Description:
The Contracts Coordinator will assist with the administration of contracts and procurement activities, ensuring compliance, maintaining documentation, and supporting contract lifecycle management from initiation through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate contract preparation, review, execution, and tracking.
- Support procurement processes, including vendor sourcing and bid activities.
- Monitor contract deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate contract files and supporting documentation.
- Review invoices and assist with contract-related budget tracking.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Prepare reports and provide updates on contract and procurement activities.
- Assist with audits, records requests, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in contract administration, procurement, purchasing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Details:
- Experience reviewing or drafting contracts is preferred.
- Experience supporting complex contracts or vendor agreements is highly desirable.
