Compensation: $25.00 – $26.00 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Coordinator to join a growing team in North Houston. This role is responsible for supporting the full-cycle accounts payable process by accurately processing invoices, maintaining vendor records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-volume AP environment and must have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Key Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documentation
- Route invoices for approval and ensure timely processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and account inquiries
- Maintain accurate vendor files, including W-9s and payment information
- Assist with weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payment processing
- Support month-end close by preparing AP reconciliations and accruals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage accounts payable transactions and reporting
Required Qualifications
- 2 + years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment
- Required: Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience with full-cycle accounts payable and three-way matching
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience supporting month-end close activities
- Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial industry experience is a plus
