$18 - 22 / hour

 

Addison Group has immediate openings for a  Administrative Assistant. In this position you will be greeting guest as they enter the office, answering incoming calls, ordering and stocking office supplies, distributing mail, and working with vendors. Must be willing to start shortly and work onsite in Austin. We are looking for someone who is comfortable multi-tasking and having a positive and professional approach. 

 

Must have: 

  • 2+ years of administrative assistant experience  
  • Experience working within Microsoft Office Suite
