Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Administration Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales administration, with proficiency in NetSuite and Salesforce software. This individual should thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and be adept at multitasking.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales-related documents.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales reports and presentations using NetSuite and Salesforce software.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely processing and fulfillment of sales orders.
  • Handle customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite and Salesforce software is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and wear multiple hats as needed.
