Addison Group installs plumbing distributor’s accounts payable team in Mexico

A leading distributor of plumbing and HVAC materials based in Dallas, Texas needed overseas accounts payable talent in Mexico City to support their growing operations.

A long-standing Addison Group client decided to move a portion of their Accounts Payable operations to Mexico City and needed help finding specialized, local talent to ensure a smooth transition.

To move their accounts payable team, the client identified five roles critical for success. Bilingual proficiency was required to facilitate collaboration with U.S. colleagues and drive operational success.
