A leading upstream energy company based in Houston needed experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) professionals to lead efforts for a new Information Technology initiative across the organization.

The client was investing in new Information Technology projects and needed help encouraging and enforcing user adoption across the organization’s 10,000+ employees. Their solution was to build out an OCM team, but they struggled to find the right talent to construct this team, so they turned to Addison Group for help.
