Heather Tarrillion Named to SIA 2023 Top 40 Under 40 List
Heather Tarrillion, Addison Group Regional Vice President, Finance & Accounting Contract Division, has been named by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) to the 2023 Top 40 Under 40 list. The prestigious list recognizes the top 40 young professionals in the staffing industry who have made significant contributions to the field.
Heather Tarrillion started with Addison Group in 2006, and has held various leadership positions within the company. She currently oversees six markets, and aims to see her regions achieve their financial targets and for team members to continue to experience promotion and growth.
The SIA article notes that “Her leadership style is contemporary, emphasizing empowerment and autonomy. She listens and learns from people and considers it a personal achievement to see the careers of those she has coached and mentored progress alongside her own.” When asked, other Addison Group leaders, as well as members of the teams that she has built, were in unanimous agreement!
