Stephanie brings over 13 years of experience within the consulting and technology sectors. She got her start at IBM Global Business Services in 2008 as a Business Transformation Consultant focusing on the technology sector. It was there she found her love for problem-solving and iteration of business processes that catapulted her to transition from years of consulting experience into the marketing and technology field working as an Account Executive at MRP before finding her home at Mondo (known as Bluewolf at the time). Since 2012, Stephanie has held every type of position at Mondo, starting as an entry-level Account Director then following a swift trajectory from Regional Territory Manager to Vice President of Sales, Chief Revenue Officer, to her current role as President after successfully implementing key initiatives that focus on the people as opposed to the transaction.
As President of Mondo, Stephanie leads all business operations and is responsible for the sales and recruiting efforts for the company’s 10 nationwide offices. Stephanie has been monumental in raising the caliber and potential of Mondo’s talent to continue to scale upward and has positioned the company strongly for continued rapid growth. She was instrumental in the development and adoption of Mondo’s core values—Mentality, Accountability, and Process (MAP)—and was also behind the implementation of the Process, Mondo’s unique and specialized approach to staffing through a consultative lens and delivery model. Stephanie was named Female Executive of the Year by the Women’s World Awards in 2017.
