A 24-year veteran, Mike has led companies through substantial growth cycles, designing and streamlining service delivery processes, advancing consulting methodologies for enhanced client experiences, and improving profitability. Mike is passionate about growing an inclusive culture in the workplace and developing the next generation of leaders.

Mike joined AIM Consulting in 2018 as the Managing Director of Consulting and quickly moved into the role of Vice President of Consulting before moving to his current role as President. Prior to AIM, Mike was Vice President and innovation lead for the global management consulting firm iSoftStone. He has also held director positions at both Akona Consulting and CGI Consulting. Mike holds a degree in Management Information Systems from Washington State University and is a board member of CougsFirst!, a WSU business network.
