As Managing Principal for Bridgepoint Consulting, Manuel leads the firm’s growth strategy and geographic expansion initiatives. His background includes more than 25 years of experience in business process re-engineering and corporate governance across a range of public and private sector clients. Manuel has helped multiple companies in times of crisis, including mergers and acquisitions, fraud investigations, exit strategies, and cash optimization.
Manuel graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Accounting. He started his career in 1995 at KPMG before moving to industry and climbing to CFO at Public Strategies. In 2004, Manuel started a CFO consulting practice, Texas Corporate Advisors, and merged his practice into Bridgepoint Consulting in 2009.
Manuel is married with two daughters, maintains an active Texas CPA license, and currently serves on the board of Make a Wish Central and South Texas.
