Originally from Denver, Colorado, Kelly Gorham has been in the staffing industry for over 25 years. She began her career at a national staffing firm in Chicago and spent nine years in various roles and startups across the Midwest and West. As Managing Director, Kelly oversaw many aspects of the business, from the branch and on-site operations to office openings across the country. A founding partner of the administrative division, Kelly joined Addison Group in 2003.
Kelly Gorham is currently responsible for leading and directing Addison Group’s Healthcare Division, which has become one of the fastest-growing organizations, with successful openings in cities across the United States. The healthcare staffing division also provides managed services and consulting in support of large projects, transformational change, and efforts to streamline workforce management by hospitals, medical clinics, labs, and other healthcare-related facilities.
