Ed Kavanagh has been in the talent solutions industry since 1997 and co-founded the administrative staffing division when he joined Addison Group in 2003. Since then, he has expanded the division geographically as well as by service offering with the addition of a human resources staffing division. Both the HR & Administrative groups continue to experience tremendous growth under Ed’s leadership, with new branches opening across offices yearly.
Prior to joining Addison, Ed Kavanagh’s experience included starting the Chicago office for a large national firm and managing the Chicago operations for a local staffing agency. He also spent six years in the financial services industry where he was a top sales producer. Ed is originally from Dublin, Ireland.
