Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree coupled with five years of specialized IT support experience OR an extensive nine-year background in IT support and operations.

Work Experience:

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in the implementation and support of Azure and Active Directory workstation environments, along with expertise in managing the Microsoft 365 product suite.
• Proven track record of over 5 years in effectively managing Microsoft OS and software applications, covering deployment, patching, and monitoring of endpoint services.
• Extensive experience, spanning over 5 years, in the implementation and support of Microsoft Windows 10.
• Over 5 years of collaboration with IT and business stakeholders, contributing to research, planning, training, and the deployment of enterprise-grade applications.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience with Microsoft Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
• Demonstrated proficiency in working with Meraki networking components and services.
• Competence in managing Apple OS endpoints through Intune, JAMF, or similar services.
• Hands-on experience with the implementation and support of both Apple and Android devices.

• Knowledgeable in effectively managing a mid to large-sized technology portfolio.
• Strong emphasis on security, with a focus on implementing best practices for endpoint management.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven vendor management experience to facilitate purchasing and invoicing processes
