About the Role
We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to help build and enhance business-critical applications that support field operations. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving real-world business challenges, partnering directly with stakeholders, and owning solutions from idea through production.
This is more than a traditional development position. We're looking for someone who can think strategically, navigate ambiguity, evaluate new technologies, and take initiative without waiting for detailed direction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance web-based applications used by operational teams.
- Create responsive user interfaces using modern Angular frameworks.
- Design and implement backend services, APIs, and integrations in C#/.NET.
- Collaborate with end users, business partners, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to technical direction.
- Research and assess new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve development efficiency and application performance.
- Support all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.
- Operate effectively within an Agile environment while managing priorities independently.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience developing full stack applications using Angular and C#/.NET.
- Hands-on experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Experience working within cloud-based environments such as Azure or AWS.
- Solid understanding of application design patterns, data architecture, and database interactions.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex application issues and identify root causes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with both technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Mobile application development experience.
- Experience supporting operational, field-service, or workforce mobility applications.
- Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Exposure to AI, Generative AI, or AI-assisted development tools.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
