We are seeking a skilled ERP Application Support Administrator with a strong focus on operations to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the ERP system that supports core organizational functions and manufacturing processes. They will also be responsible for helping users maximize the system functionality, analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, managing the configuration and maintenance of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, utilizing SQL skills for data analysis, and managing system enhancements. They will have a deep understanding of manufacturing operations and processes, and expertise in SQL and Crystal Reports.
Responsibilities:
• System Administration and Support: Manage the environment, including setup, configuration, and routine maintenance. Provide technical support to resolve user issues as they occur. Training users, ensuring efficient and effective use of the ERP system.
• Process Optimization: Work closely with operational teams to understand process requirements and challenges. Develop and implement solutions to streamline operations, improve productivity, and support business growth.
• Data Management and Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the system. Implement data controls, validation rules, and routine audits to maintain data quality. Utilize SQL for advanced data management and analysis tasks.
• Customization and Integration: Customize and configure the system to meet specific operational needs. Integrate with other business systems and applications to enhance functionality and data flow. Use SQL and Crystal Reports for custom reporting and data visualization needs.
• Project Management: Lead and manage projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new feature deployments. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards within, utilizing Crystal Reports and SQL to provide insights and analytics to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Administrator, with a strong focus on manufacturing operations.
• Expertise in SQL, Crystal Reports, and SSRS for data management, reporting, and analytics. Experience writing SQL Queries, Triggers, Functions, and Procedures.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven analytical, technical, & problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 5+ years of ERP experience in a manufacturing/operations environment
• Scripting/programming experience using: PowerShell, VB Scripting, Windows Batch Files, or Python
