Compensation:
- Mid-Level: $75,000–$100,000/year
- Senior-Level: Open to $100,000+ for highly qualified candidates

Qualifications:
- Mid-Level: 3–5 years of Electrical Estimating experience
- Senior-Level: 5+ years of Electrical Estimating experience
- Experience estimating commercial and industrial electrical construction projects
- Understanding of dry utilities, underground electrical construction, and electrical design/engineering
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Experience managing subcontractor/vendor bids and generating Bill of Materials
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience with Bluebeam is highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines independently
- College degree in Electrical Engineering or related field may be considered in lieu of some experience
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Electrical Estimators to support commercial and industrial construction projects throughout the Southeast. This role is responsible for managing and developing estimating activities, preparing accurate project bids, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, and supporting project planning from preconstruction through bid submission.
The ideal candidate will have experience estimating large-scale electrical construction projects and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Work Schedule:
Onsite Monday–Friday with flexible scheduling options (typically 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Our client is a growing construction organization specializing in underground electrical infrastructure and utility-related projects across the Southeast. They support a variety of commercial, industrial, utility, healthcare, higher education, and residential development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review bid documents and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate project estimates
- Perform quantity takeoffs using estimating software and established company processes
- Generate Bill of Materials and communicate with vendors and subcontractors
- Evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate estimating activities and ensure bids are submitted on time
- Interpret blueprints and project specifications to determine project scope and client requirements
- Assist with layout and design of electrical systems and associated project costs
- Collaborate with leadership and project teams throughout the estimating process
