Job Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze customer credit applications, financial statements, and payment history
- Establish and maintain appropriate credit limits based on risk assessment
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances and collection risks
- Conduct regular reviews of aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts
- Communicate with customers regarding payment status, discrepancies, and resolution of issues
- Partner with sales and internal teams to balance business growth with risk mitigation
- Generate and interpret credit reports (e.g., Dun & Bradstreet) to support decision-making
- Process credit holds, releases, and adjustments as necessary
Requirements:
- 2 + years' of experience working in Credit
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
