Title: Contract Staff Accountant
Location: Arlington VA, hybrid
Pay: $35 - $42 / hr
Salary: 80-90k based on experience

Responsibilities:
· As a member of the accounting team, you will lead operational planning of all accounting projects for direct-to-consumer programs as well as wholesale accounts
· Full cycle Accounts Payable, Billing and Accounts Receivable
· Obtain approvals from managers for invoices and expense reports that match with receiving reports/packing slips
· High volume invoices, and expense reports into NetSuite and process cash disbursement process in Costpoint
· Prepare weekly payments, Timesheet Collection and Run Payroll, Collect, and process a bi-monthly timesheet
· Support the month-end closing, Assist the Balance Sheet reconciliation, provide other support as needed
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 4-year degree in Accounting or a Business-related field
- Experience using Costpoint or Netsuite is required (or strongly preferred for the right candidate)
- Experience in non-profit is a plus
- Advance knowledge of MS Office (specifically MS Excel) and use of accounting software, including large ERP systems such as PeopleSoft and WorkDay.
