Job Description:
The Call Center Associate is responsible for assisting customers with a variety of account-related inquiries while delivering a positive and professional experience. This role involves handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, researching customer concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring all interactions are documented appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls regarding account questions and service requests.
- Assist with payment inquiries, account updates, document requests, escrow-related questions, and other mortgage servicing matters.
- Research customer concerns and provide timely, accurate resolutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, empathy, and patience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account activity.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further review.
- Meet established quality, productivity, and customer service expectations.
- Utilize multiple systems and resources to efficiently support customer needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, contact center, or other fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applications.
