Our client located in the northern suburbs of Minnesota has an immediate opening for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work with a tenured organization that is growing and looking for experience in Accounts Receivable, deductions, credits and credit memo’s, with excellent communication. This role will pay $26-$30/hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze deductions, credits, and claims
- Create and process credits/claims using a large ERP ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and documentation
- Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders regarding credit/deduction status and next steps
- Document all actions taken in the M3 system and other relevant platforms
- Follow up on outstanding claims and escalate unresolved issues as needed
- Notify appropriate teams of denied claims and update records accordingly
Requirements:
· Strong understanding of accounting principles, including debits and credits
· Experience with accounts receivable, deductions, or credit management preferred
· Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (M3 preferred)
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
