Location: San Rafael (5 days/week onsite)
Pay Rate: $30 - $35 / hour
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the Accounts Receivable function, including customer invoicing, credit checks, and collections.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of all AR transactions.
- Research and resolve customer account discrepancies.
- Assist with Accounts Payable tasks, such as processing invoices and payments.
- Analyze and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy within the accounting department.
- Implement process improvements and maintain updated documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ensure adherence to all company accounting policies and procedures.
